NETGEAR’s Wireless ADSL2+ Network Starter Kit is the simple and secure way to get started with wireless networking. In one box you get both NETGEAR’s 54 Mbps Wireless ADSL2+ Modem Router (DG834Gv3) for fast connectivity, and the 54 Mbps Wireless USB 2.0 Adapter (WG111v2) for wireless access to your desktop or notebook PC through the computer’s USB port. Together, they let you download large files, video conference, distribute and play high-quality digital movies, photos and MP3s without the effort and expense of running cables. Installation is fast and easy thanks to NETGEAR’s Smart Wizard installation CD, which automatically detects necessary settings, and a configuration utility that lets you monitor signal strength and adjust security settings. What’s more, you always surf in confidence with double firewall protection, which helps shield the network with two security methods—Network Address Translation (NAT) and Stateful Packet Inspection (SPI).
