FL-50 System Flash
Designed for professional photography applications with high speed flash
synchronisation capability.
Flash output varies from a maximum guide no. (ISO100) of GN50 at the full
telephoto setting (42mm - equivalent to 84mm in the 35mm film format) to GN28 at
the widest angle (12mm - equivalent to 24mm)
* TTL Auto, Auto, Manual, FP TTL Auto, FP Manual modes
* FP Modes permits flash synchronisation up to 1/4000s with the E-1, E-300,
E-330 and E-500 models
* Bounce and swivel head
* -7 degree tilt-down capability for close-range photography between 0.5 - 1.5m
* Slide-out ultra-wide angle diffuser for flash coverage at an 8mm focal length
(equivalent to 16mm on a 35mm camera)
* AF illuminator for low-light focus assist up to 10m
* Red-eye reduction, slow synchronisation and second curtain synchronisation
* Manual flash power can be set to FULL, 1/2, 1/4, 1/8, 1/16, 1/32, 1/64, &
1/128
* Flash coverage automatically adjusts to correspond with focal length of lens

* The optional FS-SHV1 high voltage flash battery set can be used with the FL-50
for professional applications requiring the fastest recycling speeds
* The optional FS-FP1 Flash power grip can be used to provide handle-mount usage
with higher speed recycling and increased no. of flash shots (the FP-1 grip uses
4 'C' size cells to power the FL-50 unit)
* Optional FL-CB05 cable accesory permits off-camera use with full dedication
