The Team 2.5” SSD IDE (S25I01) uses the IDE interface and supports ATA-6 Ultra
DMA transfer and also PIO mode. It is equipped with the 4bit ECC mechanism to
ensure data storage for 10 years. Therefore, its advantages and powerful
features allow it to replace any conventional mechanical hard drive. The Team
2.5” SSD IDE (S25I01) is currently available in 8GB, 16GB and 32GB models. The
64GB and 128GB models have been successfully developed, and 256GB and model of
greater capacity are on the line of development to fulfill the needs of
