DW100 DVD Burner and Player
Sharing your video with family and friends is now even easier with the DW100 DVD
Burner and Player where you can transfer and backup footage from your video
camera onto DVDs.
Burn - Simply connect your Canon Hard Disk Drive or Flash Memory video camera to
download video and burn AVCHD or Standard Definition DVDs*. When finalizing
AVCHD or Standard Definition video from your camcorder, the DW100 can also
create a menu screen for use when performing this operation.
Playback - The DW100 will also playback the AVCHD discs created in the burner on
an HDTV monitor through your Canon AVCHD video camera
Simple and Easy Three buttons: power, record and eject. And a simple connection
to your video camera using the USB 2.0 Hi-Speed cable to create your DVD.
Greater Back Up Options You can choose from three data backup methods. The
entire media file may be transferred from the video camera or just those
portions which are new or have changed; or your Playlist registration.
Photo Back Up and Viewing It's also possible to transfer photos taken on your
Canon video camera. The DW100's Photomovie creation function will convert all
jpeg files into a Photomovie for storage or for viewing on your television.
Extended Recording Time The DW100 is compatible with 8.5GB High Capacity DVD-R
DL discs. You will have approximately 2.6 hours of recording time when using a
DL disc at the SP setting.
