Introducing the EPSON LQ-2180 dot-matrix printer. Not only is the LQ-2180 faster than it's predecessor, the LQ-2170, it also features improved multi-part form printing capabilities (one original + 5 copies) and 9-way paper loading.

High speed printing
When time is of the essence, the LQ-2180 really shines. The ruggedly constructed 24-pin print head can zip along at 480 cps in high speed draft mode and produce sharp, clear letter-quality printouts at 120 cps. Whatever your output needs, the LQ-2180 delivers the goods on time!

Improved multi-part form printing
The LQ-2180 offers the best multi-part form handling capability of any printer in its class. Powerful enough to produce sharp, clear letter-quality output on an original plus 5 copies in a single print, it boosts efficiency dramatically. Whether you use single-sheet or continuous multi-part forms, your printouts are crisp and legible to the last copy.

Flexible paper handling
The LQ-2180 allows you to load paper from the front, rear, bottom or top, and choose from a total of 9 different paper path configurations. Front and rear paper feed tractors are included as standard equipment, and the front tractor can be detached and moved to the top position as needed. A third tractor is available as an option. So you can keep two different kinds of paper loaded and ready to go, or enjoy ultra-reliable, push-pull paper feeding when printing complex, multi-part forms.
