Including a Canon lens with focal length of 12 - 48 mm and great wide-angle views with a horizontal field of view of 90°, it also offers 4x zoom and electronic image stabilization (EIS) for stable video despite vibration. Signed firmware and secure boot ensures only authorized firmware is installed and that the firmware hasn't been compromised. And there's no need for extra lighting thanks to AXIS OptimizedIR enabling detection in dark scenes for up to 50 m (164 ft) or more. AXIS Q1798-LE includes support for video with sound as well as scene profiles, shock detection, corridor format with auto-rotation and barrel distortion correction for always-great image quality. It even comes with I/O ports for connecting external devices and supervised inputs to notify you if the connection is cut.
