Details:

The FS-4504SR-II video balun hub is a passive (non-amplified) device that allows the transmission of real-time CCTV video signal via cost-effective Unshielded Twisted Pair (UTP) cable. Baseband (composite) signals of any type are supported. The construction of FS-4504SR-II is much smaller and compact compared with its predecessor. FS-4504SR-II supports pluggable screw terminal or RJ45 connections. Used in pairs, it is capable of transmitting 4 channel live CCTV colour video signals from camera end and receiving 4 channel video signal at DVR end via one UTP cable at distances up to 400m. FS-4504SR-II is compatible with all the other FOLKSAFE passive transceivers for applications at distances up to 400m and active receivers up to 700m. The superior interference rejection and low emissions of the FS-4504SR-II allow video signals to coexist in the same wire bundle as telephone, datacom, or low-voltage power circuits. This allows the use of a shared or existing cable plant. It has built-in surge suppressor to protect video equipment against damaging voltage spikes and provide noise immunity to ensure quality signals without the annoying "hum".
