This works very well and allows everything to stay connected when I unplug the only necessary connection to the Laptop, pick it up and walk away.

All in one, one connection to Laptop.

Excellent adaptor. Includes power source which I wasn't aware of so I can plug an external monitor, speakers, ether net, USB devices, AND charge my laptop all through the one USB C plug

Is this dock compatible with the late 2016 MacBook Pro?
