LOCKWOOD S1806A SCEC ELECTRIC MORTICE LOCK 60MM BACKSET MONITORED KOM 12-24VDC
Designed and manufactured in Australia, the 3579 series electric mortice is a high performance lock of superior quality. It is constructed from high grade zinc alloy secured between stainless plates making suitable for high security applications.
The 3579 lock can be operated by push buttons, intercom systems and key switches; or integrated with electronic access control systems for use with higher security devices such as keypads or card readers.
For use in high security government, institutional and commercial projects, the 3579 Series Mortice Lock has been successfully SCEC endorsed for secure area applications.
The Lockwood 3579 Series Cylinder Mortice Lock has been successfully fire tested up to 4 hours on fire door assemblies in accordance with Australian Standard AS 1905.1 - 2005, Part 1: Fire Resistant Doorsets.
To achieve secure area rating, the 3579 Mortice Lock must also:
• Be fitted with a SCEC endorsed 570 oval cylinder which is also secure area rated, e.g ABLOY PROTEC.
• Be fitted with full plate furniture including Lockwood 1800 Series, 2800 Series and Artefact Series II
