It features a 5-inch color IPS display, 12 programmable line keys supporting up to 48 lines/contacts (with pagination), integrated Bluetooth 5.0 and built-in dual-band Wi‑Fi (802.11ac) for mobile and headset pairing. The E550 delivers Poly audio innovations including NoiseBlockAI, Acoustic Fence and HD Voice (G.722), plus a bass-enhancing speaker design and full-duplex speakerphone. Deployment and management are simplified with Open SIP compatibility, secure provisioning (HTTPS/TFTP/FTP), 802.1X and SRTP support. Expandable with up to two Poly Edge E expansion modules, the phone includes dual Gigabit Ethernet (PC pass-through), two USB-C ports, RJ-9 headset port and Microban antimicrobial protection.
