| Description | The Cambium Networks PTP 820S (MPN C180082B003A) is a single-core, all-outdoor point-to-point licensed microwave radio in the PTP 820 series designed for microwave backhaul. This 18 GHz ODU (19160–19700 MHz) delivers up to 650 Mbps full-duplex capacity for high-throughput links and supports advanced air-interface features including LOS MIMO, up to 2048-QAM modulation and 11-step hitless Adaptive Coding & Modulation (ACM). The unit supports channel bandwidths up to 80 MHz, integrates a Gigabit Ethernet interface (10/100/1000Base-T(X)), and provides carrier-grade functionality (MEF Carrier Ethernet 2.0, MPLS-TP ready, ITU-T Y.1731). Synchronization options include Native, SyncE and IEEE 1588v2. Built for outdoor deployments, the radio is IP66 rated and operates from 48 V DC across a wide temperature range. |
