| Description | The TP-Link ER7406 Omada is a compact, fanless gigabit VPN gateway for SMB and multi-branch networks. It provides 1× Gigabit SFP WAN/LAN, 1× Gigabit RJ45 WAN and 4× Gigabit RJ45 WAN/LAN ports (supports up to 5 WANs with load balancing and link backup), plus a USB 3.0 port for USB storage or LTE dongle backup. Advanced security and VPN capabilities include DPI, IDS/IPS, DoS/DDoS protection, IP/MAC/URL filtering and support for SSL, IPsec (100 tunnels), GRE, WireGuard (20 tunnels), OpenVPN (55 tunnels), PPTP/L2TP (50 tunnels); strong crypto algorithms are supported. Managed via the Omada SDN platform (cloud, hardware or software controllers) with zero-touch provisioning, the ER7406 offers high throughput and scalability (150,000 concurrent sessions; DPI TCP 933 Mbps; IPS TCP 229 Mbps; WireGuard ~341.3 Mbps) in a rackmount/desktop steel enclosure. |
