Delivery Address and Contact Details:
When placing an order with us, where we are to deliver goods to you, we require a physical street address. To assist us in processing your order, please also provide your land-line and mobile telephone number. Delivery is via courier and we will only deliver to PO Boxes under special circumstances where item is small and you are in a remote area. Please note that an authorized signatory needs to be at the delivery address to sign for and collect the goods, and that photo identification may be requested.
The stock availability indicator can only be treated as a general guide and is updated once every working day. There are occasional chances that an order of the exact product may be placed minutes before yours. You will be notify as soon as possible if that happens and a full refund can be given if you do not wish to wait for the backorder.
Insured delivery charges are: $15 for anywhere in Australia up to 3kg.
Delivery charges of goods over 3kg will be calculated via our frieght calculator using your Post Code when you add to basket.
For oversized or overweight items, freight quoted online is only for addresses with forklift on-site to receive delivery.
Proof of Delivery

Delivery Lead Time
We'll endeavour to dispatch your order within 1-2 working days from receipt of your payment. Delivery timeframe will then be determined from courier companies. It is generally 1-2 working days for metro areas and a few days more for rural or remote areas. Therefore a total of 3-6 working days should be allowed from payment receipt to delivery to your door.
For delivery to more remote or rural areas, please allow a further 1-2 working days.
For computer systems, please allow a further 2-3 working days for assemble and testing.
Despite the fact that we try our very best to keep at least 80% of what we sell, certain products are hard to obtain. If there's a delay to your order, you'll be informed of the ETA (estimated time of arrival) via email or phone.
*Due to the current constraints in NSW and VIC, some products may experience 1-2 days delay with process and dispatch. We sincerely apologise for the delay and inconvenience.
