Open source product is not eligible for any rebate, spiff, marketing, or any other program that may pertain to its manufacturer. Open Source provides a standard 1 year warranty. The product is eligible for returns if it is DOA or returned within 14 business days from order receipt. A restock fee will be added if the return does not fit this criterion.
