| Description | The QNAP QM2-2P-384A is a dual M.2 NVMe PCIe expansion card that adds two M.2 22110/2280 NVMe SSD slots to compatible NAS, desktop, or server systems. The card uses a PCIe Gen3 x8 host interface (providing up to 64 Gb/s theoretical bandwidth) with each M.2 slot supporting PCIe Gen3 x4 NVMe SSDs. It features a quiet cooling module (heatsink and smart fan), thermal sensors, LED status indicators, and a tool-less screw-less M.2 installation design. Use the installed M.2 drives for SSD caching, SSD volumes, or Qtier auto-tiering (Qtier support requires x86-based NAS or 64-bit ARM-based NAS with 2GB RAM and QTS 4.4.1 or later). Low-profile bracket is pre-installed; additional bracket options are included. M.2 SSDs are not included. |
