Both models monitor occupancy plus environmental conditions (temperature, humidity and ambient light) and connect via Bluetooth (BLE/Bluetooth 5.0) to Yealink RoomPanel, compatible Yealink gateways and the Yealink Workspace Management Platform for real-time monitoring, automation and IoT integration. The standard RoomSensor is a battery-powered passive-infrared (PIR) sensor with a removable CR123 lithium battery (rated up to ~5 years) and magnetic / adhesive mounting for simple, cable-free deployment in small-to-medium rooms. The RoomSensor Pro adds AI-based people counting, a wider/customizable detection area (multi-zone support), support for DC/PoE power options, a detachable base for flexible installation and expanded included accessories for powered deployments and larger rooms. |
