| Description | The QNAP TL-D800C is an 8-bay desktop JBOD drive enclosure designed to expand storage for QNAP NAS, Windows, macOS and Linux systems. It supports eight 3.5" or 2.5" SATA 6Gb/s drives (or SSDs) and connects via USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-C (up to 10 Gbps) with UASP support for faster file transfer. The enclosure can be managed by QNAP QTS/QuTS hero Storage & Snapshots Manager when attached to a QNAP NAS, or via the QNAP JBOD Manager desktop utility on Windows/macOS/Ubuntu. Features include lockable drive trays, tool-less drive sleds (screws included), single-disk mode, fan cooling with speed monitoring, a built-in 250W power supply, and support for software-controlled RAID/configurations by the host. Max raw capacity is listed as up to 144 TB (8 x 18 TB). Includes power cord, USB Type-C to Type-A cable, drive tray keys, screws and setup guide.
