| Description | The TP-Link TL-SG1024DE is a 24-port Gigabit Easy Smart switch designed as an upgrade from unmanaged switches for small and medium business networks. It provides 24 x 10/100/1000 Mbps RJ45 ports with auto-negotiation and auto MDI/MDIX, L2 switching features including IGMP snooping, static link aggregation, port mirroring, cable diagnostics and loop prevention, and flexible VLAN (port/tag/MTU) with support for up to 32 simultaneous VLANs. QoS options (port-based, 802.1p and DSCP), 4 priority queues, rate limiting and storm control help keep latency-sensitive traffic smooth. Energy-efficient technologies automatically adjust power by link status and cable length; manufacturer materials report variable power savings (reported examples include up to 18% and up to 40%). The switch is fanless, metal-cased, rack-mountable (1U) and also suitable for desktop use; it includes a power cord, rackmount kit and rubber feet. |
