| Description | The QNAP TS-h765eU-8G is a compact 1U short-depth rackmount NAS engineered for space-constrained environments. Powered by an Intel Atom x7405C quad-core processor (base 2.2 GHz, burst up to 3.4 GHz) and 8 GB DDR5 SODIMM (1 x 8 GB) with in-band ECC support, it delivers reliable performance and data protection for edge, SMB and industrial deployments. The system provides four 3.5-inch SATA III drive bays (also support 2.5") and three E1.S/M.2 2280 PCIe NVMe slots (E1.S to M.2 adapters pre-installed) for flexible storage topologies, plus dual 2.5GbE RJ45 ports for faster networking. Running the ZFS-based QuTS hero OS, the TS-h765eU-8G offers data integrity features such as WORM immutability, data reduction and optional hardware encryption/SED support. The short 292.1 mm (12") chassis depth enables easy installation in small cabinets or wall-mounted racks, and the unit supports 10GbE expansion via QNAP E1.S network modules. |
