| Description | The Sophos XGS 3100 is a 1U rackmount network security appliance powered by Sophos Firewall Xstream architecture and a dedicated Xstream Flow processor for hardware acceleration. It delivers application acceleration, high-performance TLS inspection, and multi-layer threat protection for midsize and distributed organizations. Key performance includes up to 47,000 Mbps firewall throughput, 25,000 Mbps IPsec VPN, 7,400 Mbps threat protection, and 2,470 Mbps TLS inspection. The appliance provides a diverse set of built-in interfaces (8 x 1GbE, 2 x SFP, 2 x 10Gb SFP+), modular expansion via one FLEXI port slot, and centralized management via Sophos Central. Transceivers and optional modules are sold separately. |
